On second day ( C ) Hon'ble Minister Shri Bikash Debbarma, Planning (Statistics), Tribal Welfare,
Handloom, Handicrafts, and Sericulture, Government of Tripura, Interacted with participants
and encouraged them to explore the diversity of Tripura. He emphasized the importance of
professional excellence and the culture of Tripura.
The Five-day programme was a great success, participants praising its comprehensive
approach to leadership and skill-building. Using innovative tools like AI, metaverse data, and
psychometric assessments enhanced the learning experience. The Training Programme
concluded with a felicitation ceremony for the faculty members who played a key role in its
success. The felicitation was conducted by Shri Abhishek Chandra, Special Secretary,
Planning (Statistics), Government of Tripura, who expressed his gratitude and appreciation
for the faculty's dedication and expertise. He acknowledged their role in delivering
impactful sessions that empowered the participants with essential skills in leadership,
teamwork, and data-driven decision-making. In his address, he emphasized the value of
such collaborative initiatives and highlighted the programme's success in achieving its
objectives of capacity building and professional development for Junior Statistical Officers
of the Statistical Services Subdivision (SSS).
The ceremony marked the culmination of a productive week, reinforcing the importance of
continuous learning and collaboration in enhancing India's statistical systems.
