With the support of All India Council for Technical
                                                               Education,  Department  of  Higher  Education,
                                                               Ministry  of  Human  Resource  Development,
                                                               Govt. of India, the Institute conducted Faculty
                                                               Development  Programme  on  'Resilient
                                                               Leadership for Social Enterprise Management'.
                                                               30  participants  from  January  27  to  31,  2025
                                                               attended  this  programme.  The  FDP  imparted
                                                               specialised training to develop an understanding
                                                               on  the  key  characteristics  of  resilient  leaders,
                                                               their governance styles and ways of navigating
                                                               challenges  amidst  uncertain  business
                                                               environments.

                             Dr. Pankaj Bharti, Associate Professor, EDII was Project Director of these programmes.




                                                          Empowering  Youth  and  Women  through
                                                          Entrepreneurship in Madhya Pradesh
                                                          During last two months,  EDII- Central Regional Office
                                                          organized  7  one-day  Entrepreneurship  Awareness
                                                          Programmes  (EAPs),  9  six-week  Entrepreneurship
                                                          and Skill Development Programmes (ESDPs) and 5
                                                          Management  Development  Programme  across  9
                                                          districts  of  Madhya  Pradesh  under  sponsorhip
                                                          support  of  the  Ministry  of  MSME,  Govt.  of  India.
                                                          While more than 400 participants, including women
                                                          and  youth,  were  equipped  with  entrepreneurial
                                                          competencies,  350  were  trained  in  key  skills  of
                                                          enterprise  trade  and  management  skills.  Special
                                                          emphasis was placed on empowering marginalized
                                                          groups, including Scheduled Castes and Tribes.









                                                                              On December 23rd, 2024,
                                                                              A  sensitization  workshop
                                                                              on  Prevention  of  Sexual
                                                                              Harassment  (POSH)  was
                                                                              held  at  EDII.  The  session
                                                                              focussed  on  raising
                                                                              awareness and promoting
                                                                              safe  environment  in  the
                                                                              workplace.
