                          Pratik’s entrepreneurial journey began with a spark ignited
                          at a summer camp at EDII and early exposure to his family’s
                          textile machine manufacturing business. His decision to
                          pursue the Post Graduate course stemmed from a desire to
                          acquire training and strategic insights for scaling family
                          business.  Going  back  to  his  family  business,  Pratik
                          introduced  advanced  management  techniques  and
                          analysed numerous project reports to identify expansion
                          opportunities.  His  well-calculated  efforts  bore  results  as  he  successfully  acquired  and
                          revived three businesses, transforming them into profitable ventures.


                          Despite facing challenges, including a family business division and initial financial setbacks,
                          Pratik navigated through adversity with resilience. Gradually, he overcame challenges and
                          set the business back on track. Today, Pratik leads three companies, including two fully-
                          owned  firms  and  two  proprietary  ventures,  embodying  the  spirit  of  innovation  and
                          perseverance.

                          First Generation Entrepreneur
                          9834 The Fruit Truck
                          Turnover: 8 to 10 Cr.


                          Parth, always had an entrepreneurial bent of mind and
                          wished  to  have  his  own  venture.  After  a    failures  in  a
                          trading venture, he realized that he primarily needed to
                          u p d a t e   h i m s e l f   o n   t h e   t h e   p a ra m e t e rs   o f
                          entrepreneurship,  before  taking  a  plunge  into  another
                          venture. He enrolled in the PGDM-BE course at EDII, where
                          he refined his business acumen. Passionate about food,
                          nutrition and cooking, Parth chose to enter the food and
                          beverage industry. He launched India’s first fruit truck, 9834 The Fruit Truck, on June 28,
                          2016, with an investment of ₹25 lakh, borrowed from his father. The truck, stationed near a
                          high-profile club in Ahmedabad, quickly became known for its signature ‘jamun shots’ and
                          exotic fruit offerings. Despite facing competition from imitators, Parth's unique storage
                          strategies minimized wastage, allowing his business to thrive. Today, 9834 The Fruit Truck
                          remains  a  pioneering  venture,  showcasing  Parth’s  resilience,  innovation,  and  strategic
                          thinking in the competitive food industry.
