Today, Ishrat is successfully fulfilling her responsibilities towards her family and her community.
After joining SVEP she learnt new skills and started Group Enterprise. A go-getter that she is, Ishrat is
focused on growing this enterprise and is eager to start new group enterprises as well. A major feat
of Ishrat is that, all by herself, she started as a Village Organizer, and in just one year created 14 Self
                  Help Groups (SHGs).

As she puts it, “ SVEP training was a life changing experience for me.”

Recently Ishrat was a part of the four-day Specialized Training-cum-Workshop for Community
Resource Persons - Enterprise Promotion (CRP-EPs) under SVEP, at EDII, Ahmedabad. This was
organized during January 18-21, 2025. Ishrat's little one also accompanied her for the programme.
She could have either dropped the idea of attending the programme or could have brought her child
with her. Ishrat chose the latter option. As she says, “Having a child has required some adjustments
on my part but it has never been a road block or a restraining factor on the path of my dreams. I
continue to chase my dreams and having my child by my side, only fuels my ambition and
                  strengthens my resolve.”

Ishrat, a proud entrepreneur operating a boutique and a shop specializing in laces and patch-work,
is an inspiration to many women. Her life underscores how roads get built when the will is all-
                  powerful.

To promote entrepreneurship and its facets among students, a session was
conducted with the School Education Department, Bhopal - Madhya Pradesh.
Through this interactive workshop, students gain knowledge about the charms of
                             being an entrepreneur.

In last two months, such sessions were also held for the students of Shri Ramkrishna
