Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP) equips rural communities with the
tools and training required to start sustainable enterprises. Start-up Village
Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP) is a sub-scheme of the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana -
National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) and aims to help members of Self Help
Groups (SHGs) set up small enterprises in the non-farm sector. EDII, as the National January 4, 2026: An
