The programme featured expert-led sessions covering various aspects of MSMEs
                                financial literacy and management. Speakers included : Mr. K. Raja, Financial Literacy
                                Consultant,  Puducherry;  Ms.  Josephine  Sairani,  Senior  Manager,  INDSETI,
                                Puducherry;  Dr.  Ananthavalli  Ramesh,  Associate  Professor,  EDII;  Mr.  N.  S.
                                Vijayaganesh, Director, TIPS Academy, Vellore; Dr. K. Madhane, Principal, Aditya
                                Institute of Management, Science & Research, Puducherry and Mr. G. Jayaraman,
                                Functional Manager, DIC, Puducherry.


                                More than 96 artisans and MSME entrepreneurs interacted with experts and gained
                                practical insights for enterprise growth. This initiative marks important step towards
                                empowering local entrepreneurs and ensuring that region’s MSME sector continues
                                to grow with stronger financial capabilities and sustainable growth.


                                • Empowering MSMEs through Capacity Building

                                Over the last two months, under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance
                                (RAMP) - Maharashtra, EDII conducted a series of handholding initiatives across
                                various locations of Maharashtra [under sponsorship support of the Maharashtra
                                Small Scale Industries Development Corporation Ltd. (MSSIDC)]. Six Sensitization &
                                Capacity  Building  Workshop  for  Women  and  SC/ST-led  MSMEs  were  organized,
                                benefiting  300  entrepreneurs  by  enhancing  their  understanding  about  RAMP
                                scheme,  business  opportunities  and  government  support.  Additionally,  seven
                                training programmes on Enhancing Financial Knowledge of MSMEs were conducted,
                                benefitting 350 participants and strengthening their financial knowledge for better
                                decision making.
