Family Business Clinic
Despite the generational wealth of knowledge, skills and competencies, oftentimes
Family owned businesses are laden with complexities which is quite often related to
succession planning. To address this, the Institute organized a specialized Family Business
Clinic on 18th June, 2024. This session was tailored for Post Graduate students, aimed at
equipping them with the skills to comprehend the finer nuances, manage and contribute
to palpable growth of their family-owned businesses. The interactive seminar, led by Mr.
Jubin Mishra, a partner at Blue Helion, delved into crucial aspects of family business
development and sustainability. The session focussed on valuable insights on creating
stakeholder value and threw light on a holistic approach to boosting enterprise value.
The Q&A session addressed specific concerns of students and parents, covering
strategies for business expansion, balanced sales growth with cost control, quality with
cost efficiency, and the skill of upholding ethical values alongside profitability.
