                  Meet Asif and Yash
                   Asif  from  the  town  of  Hoskote,  is  currently
                   pursuing his education at Rajalaxmi ITI College,
                   Hoskote.  He  participated  in  Mobile  Repair
                   training program under the EDII-SPARK Project.
                   Asif  gained  skills  in  mobile  repair  techniques,
                   marketing strategies, customer interaction and
                   effective  entrepreneurship  &  management.
                   With support from EDII, including assistance in
                   securing the UDYAM ADHAAR registration, Asif
                   established his small-scale enterprise in the local
                   community.
                   Today Asif successfully operates his business, his
                   entrepreneurial  aspirations  reign  high  and  he
                   looks forward to rising as an entrepreneur.
                   Yash actively participated in the mobile repair training conducted by the Xiaomi Spark Project at
                   Shri Chatrapti Shivaji Govt ITI College Pune, SDP-02, spanning a duration of 45 days. Throughout
                   the training period, Yash demonstrated exceptional engagement, displaying keen attentiveness
                   and  a  remarkable  aptitude  for  rapid  learning.  He  effectively  absorbed  all  the  knowledge
                   imparted by the trainer, leveraging the provided toolkits to gain hands-on experience and
                   practical understanding of the concepts.
                   Following the course's progression, Yash initiated mobile phone repairs from the comfort of his
                   home.  Upon  the  successful  completion  of  the  training  program,  he  was  duly  awarded  a
                   certificate  of  completion,  validating  his  newfound  skills  and  expertise  in  mobile  repair.
                   Subsequently, Yash seized an opportunity to contribute part-time to a relative's shop, where he
                   now earns approximately 8000 rupees per month.
                   Yash's swift adaptation to the acquired skills
                  and his proactive approach towards applying
                  them  in  real-world  scenarios  is  truly
                  commendable. His ability to swiftly integrate
                  the  training  into  his  professional  endeavors
                  reflects  his  dedication  and  determination
                  towards  building  a  successful  career.  The
                  project  team  finds  great  satisfaction  in
                  witnessing  Yash's  progress  and  success,
                  knowing  that  their  efforts  have  positively
                  impacted  his  journey  towards  a  promising
                  career in mobile repair and beyond.

                          Skilling for Brighter Future
                          ...Accenture's Micro Skillpreneurship Development Programme
                         Setting  up  new  enterprises  and  becoming  employable  requires  unique  skills  and
                         competencies.    Under  the  aegis  of  Accenture  Foundation,  the  Institute  has  been
                         implementing Micro Skillpreneurship Development Programmes at 14 locations across the
                         country, including the states of Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, Kerala, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh,
                         Telangana, Assam, Karnataka, Goa, Bihar, Maharashtra Utter Pradesh, Tripura, and the
                         Union Territory of Puducherry. The mandate of the trainings is to develop skilled micro-
                         entrepreneurs from among the rural youth/ women and urban youth/ women through
                         sustainable technologies and indigenous resources. In the quarter, January to March 2024,
                         close to 59 MSDPs were completed.
