 Under the Project Skills to Succeed, EDII has been instrumental in empowering youths across
 14 states and UTs through Micro Skillpreneurship Development Programmes (MSDP). The   WeAct, a joint initiative of Accenture and EDII, is a one-stop platform for women
 project  aims  at  developing  micro  entrepreneurs  and  thus  promoting  socio-economic   entrepreneurs  to  provide  them  with  handholding  assistance  to  render  their
 development,  with  focus  on  rural  women  and  youth  of  the  marginalized  and  backward   business competitive and sustainable.

                         The last three months were rewarding for the members:

    -  Under the MSDP project in Pon Nagar, Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu, the trainees have been
 developing various millet products like millet laddu, Kavuni rice Murukku, millet noodles

    -  The MSDP in Claret Community Center, Thadikarankonam, Kanyakumari, focused on
 imparting skills in Beekeeping and Honey Processing. Under the project 50 Beekeeping
 boxes with colonies, were distributed, each costed Rs. 2000. Implementing partner,
 AWED (Association for Women's Education and Development) sponsored this activity.
