           With over 23 years of experience in corporate and academic settings, Dr. Sharma has been involved in shaping
 Raman Gujral  and implementing skill development and entrepreneurship development policies of the Government of India.
 Ph.D. (Commerce) | ramangujral@ediindia.org  He has executed programmes across multiple ministries, focusing on skill development, entrepreneurship
           promotion,  livelihood  enhancement,  cluster  development  and  women  empowerment.  He  has  also  been
 33 years of noted experience in Entrepreneurship Development, demonstrating acumen in fostering budding   instrumental in establishing Entrepreneurship Development, Startup Incubation and Livelihood Business
 ventures  and  reinforcing  established  entrepreneurial  pursuits.  He  has  architected  holistic  micro-  Incubation Centers across the country. His research work under the aegis of Policy Research Cell, Department
 entrepreneurship development programmes and structural paradigms for rural entrepreneurship, as well as   of Science & Technology, Government of India has been released in the form of a book by the former Hon'ble
 CSR-supported long-term projects under the aegis of eminent corporates in India. His work encompasses   Union Minister of Science & Technology.

 Dr. Amit Kumar Dwivedi is a National Teacher's Awardee 2025. He has over 21 years of teaching and research   with  expertise  in  entrepreneurship  concept,  process,  and  practice,  business  opportunity  guidance,
