Suman Kumar Das

A techno-management professional with over a decade of academic and training experience and vast
consultancy experience across industry sectors. He has worked in Industry 4.0, circular economy and
environmental sustainability, supporting organizations in adopting net-zero strategies and resource-efficient
practices. He has trained corporate professionals, entrepreneurs and students in sustainable innovations and
strategic management. He specializes in digital technologies, project management and integrating circular
economy models into business systems, with interests in supply chain management, sustainability
frameworks, industrial management and entrepreneurship development.
Kotigari Reddi Swaroop
Ph.D. (Marketing), MBA (Marketing) | swaroop@ediindia.org
Dr. Swaroop has over 12 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Marketing Management. He
has authored numerous research papers in Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journals, along with book
chapters. He has presented his research at national and international conferences in India and abroad,
contributing to emerging discourses in digital marketing, consumer behaviour and sustainable marketing.
Amritkant Mishra

Dr. Mishra specializes in quantitative economics with expertise in macroeconomic modelling, econometrics,
mathematical economics, and empirical economic analysis. Prior to joining EDII, he served as Assistant
Professor of Economics at Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar, and CHRIST, Bengaluru. His research
interests encompass Macroeconomics, Sustainable Development, Stock Markets, and Volatility Modelling.
Dr. Mishra has been published widely in international journals in the fields of economics and finance, with his
work having featured in reputed Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC-listed journals. In addition to his expertise
in time series and panel data econometric modelling, he has also sole-authored a book on macroeconomics.
Nithin K N
Ph.D. (Agribusiness Management), MBA (Agribusiness Management)

Possesses over seven years of teaching, research and field-level experience. He has qualified Indian Council
of Agricultural Research - National Eligibility Test (ICAR-NET) in Agribusiness Management and University
Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) in Management. He is also a recipient of the ICAR
Senior Research Fellowship (2014–2017). His research expertise spans agricultural marketing, natural
rubber economy, value chains, rural entrepreneurship, climate resilience and agribusiness innovations. Dr.
Nithin has 14 research articles in Scopus, Web of Science–indexed, UGC-CARE and peer-reviewed journals;
16 popular articles/short communications; 5 book chapters and two authored books, to his credit.

Sonali Yogesh Narbariya

With 4 years of experience, Dr. Narbariya specializes in the areas of Human Resource Management,
organizational behaviour, leadership, change management and digital transformation. Her work is grounded
in rigorous empirical research with strong relevance for organizational practice and policy. She was awarded
the prestigious Dr. R. H. Kulkarni Fellowship, sponsored by the Murthy Family Foundation. She received the
Best Thesis Award for her doctoral research on high-performance work systems and employee readiness for
digital transformation. Her research has been recognized with several accolades, including the Best Paper
Award at INDAM 2025 and the Best Paper in Track Award at IRIS (Scandinavia), Norway 2025.
Sarika Singh
Ph.D. (Information sharing for Human Resource Analytics)

Dr. Singh brings over fifteen years of experience across academia, research and industry. Her strong
foundation in management is built on notable academic achievements and hands-on executive roles. Before
joining EDII, Dr. Sarika served at the GITAM University Bangalore and SOIL School of Business Design,
Gurgaon. She has also held senior HR positions in leading multinational organizations. Dr. Singh has
presented her work at international conferences and published research in SCOPUS- and ABDC-indexed
journals. She has also authored case studies published with CaseCentre.org. and Book Chapters in
IntechOpen Journals.
Zahoor Ahmad Paray

A faculty member and researcher of entrepreneurship with 8 years of experience, Mr Paray's area of
specialisation includes entrepreneurship development, micro-enterprise growth, development economics,
entrepreneurial finance and entrepreneurial action. He has participated in numerous national and
international conferences and has published 8 research articles in Scopus- and ABDC-indexed journals. His
previous experience with SSIU, IAR, research and evaluation studies and government projects further
enriches his practical understanding of entrepreneurship, innovation and policy dynamics.
Bhaskar Jyoti Saud

A research and consulting professional with over 22 years of experience in rural entrepreneurship and social
enterprise, Livelihood & SME development, Skill Development, Climate Change and Aquaculture Research,
and Disaster Management. He has worked with several Governments, Non-Government organisations &
international agencies as well as regulatory bodies. He played a key role in empowering a large number of
tribal SHGs in the North Eastern Region of India under PM Van Dhan Yojana. He has published 35 manuscripts
in indexed journals and books till date.
