 the successful completion of the programme.  Over the past two months, Five Business Management Training Programmes were also
                         conducted under the 'Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance' (RAMP) initiative at
                         various locations. These programmes were supported by Directorate of Industries, Trade &
                         Commerce, Government of Goa and World Bank. 294 participants attended the training
                         programmes and acquired ways and means to boost the performance and competitiveness
                         of their MSMEs. They learnt about newer markets, technology, amiable policies, credit
                         methodologies and other aspects related to MSME growth and sustainability.  Additionally,
                         Three 'Transforming SHGs to MSMEs' programmes were also conducted under the RAMP
                         Programme, with 178 participants attending.
