 Shri Viraj Singh, Additional Secretary (DPA-II & IV), Ministry of External Affairs, Govt.
 of India was the Chief Guest at the Valediction of the programme. Addressing the
 programme,  Shri  Singh  stated,  "Entrepreneurial  development  is  the  key  to
 sustainable  economic  growth.  Through  this  programme,  the  officials  gained
 knowledge  and  skills  that  can  drive  impactful  transformation  in  their  respective
 countries.  By  fostering  collaboration  and  helping  developing  nations,  we  can
 collectively build a robust global entrepreneurship ecosystem.”
