On 13th August, 2024 EDII signed an MoU with Dept of Commerce and Industries,
Chhattisgarh Government, to set up an Entrepreneurship Development Centre in the state.
The agreement was signed in the presence of (2nd from L) Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, Hon'ble
Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, and (1st from L) Shri Lakhanlal Dewangan, Hon'ble
Minister of Commerce & Industry, Government of Chhattisgarh. Dr. Sunil Shukla, DG, EDII
signed the MoU on behalf of EDII.
Dr. Sunil Shukla, Director General of EDII, had a valuable meeting with Shri Shaji K V,
Chairman of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD)
and EDII Governing Board Member on September 12, 2024. During this meeting, Dr.
Shukla extended a warm welcome to Shri Shaji and provided an overview of the
ongoing programmes being implemented by EDII in association with NABARD.

Director General presenting a ‘Mata Ni Pachhedi’ frame (a craft refurbished by
EDII under the project - Hast Kala Setu Yojana) to Smt. Ritu Khanduri Bhushan,
Speaker of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly.
