On March 8, 2023, on the occasion of International
Women’s Day, EDII signed an MoU with
Sanjeevini–Karnataka State Rural Livelihood
Promotion Society (KSRLPS) with the objective of
empowering more than 2000 SHG women of
Karnataka in the Terracotta and Home Decor sector.
The MoU was signed in the presence of the
Shri Basavaraj Bommai, Hon’ble Chief Minister of
Karnataka; Dr.Ashwanth Narayan, Minister of
Higher Education, Information Technology &
Biotechnology and Science & Technology; On 3rd Feb, 2023 - EDII signed an MoU with National
Smt. Ragapriya, IAS, Mission Director, KSRLM; Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation
(NHDFC) led by (2nd from L) Shri Rajesh Aggarwal, IAS,
Dr. S. Selva Kumar, IAS, Chairman and Secretary, Department of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and
Secretary, Dept. of Empowerment of Persons with
Livelihood, Govt. of Kerala and Smt. Anupama K., Chief Operating Officer (Operations) KSRLM; and other
Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment,
notable dignitaries from the Government. Dr. Raman Gujral, Director-Dept. of Projects, Corporates, represented
GoI to support and empower the differently abled
EDII. Shri Amit Mohan Prasad, IAS, Addi onal Chief Secretary, potential entrepreneurs trained under the GoG
MSME & Export Promo on, UP during his visit to EDII. supported Centre for Differently Abled, set up at EDII.

EDII signed an MoU on 15th February, with North East Centre for Technology Applica on and Reach (NECTAR)
2023 chaired by Dr. Krishna Kumar, Advisor (Technical), NECTAR to promote Skill Development among the
people of the North Eastern Region.

EDII entered into an MoU with Government of Chha sgarh to
t h e I n d i a n I n s t u t e o f conduct a research study on
Entrepreneurship, Guwaha for Assessment of the Status of
strengthening the entrepreneurial Anaemia and Malnutri on among
ecosystem in North East Region. Women and Children of select
Districts in Chha sgarh.
