spoke about the opportunities and challenges in the field of

Vocational Education (PSSCIVE), Bhopal - a constituent unit of National Council of
Educational Research and Training (NCERT), Govt of India - organized Entrepreneurship Dr. Deepak Paliwal, Joint Director, PSSCIVE, Bhopal, said, “The
Adventure Camp from August 18 to 23, 2025. The Camp addressed vocational students of Institute has been consistently working towards skill
class 11th & 12th. 60 students from seven districts of Gujarat participated in the camp. 7 development and such initiatives play a major role in readying
teachers also participated to acquire the dynamics of conducting such camps. the future generation with skills that will help define their
future.”
The residential camp was designed to familiarise vocational students with the concept
and scope of entrepreneurship, encouraged them to consider it as a viable career option. The camp activities were coordinated by Dr. Pankaj Bharti,
The camp sought to develop an entrepreneurial mindset by nurturing confidence, Associate Professor, EDII. As Dr. Pankaj says, “Through this camp,
creativity and opportunity identification skills. It also aimed to provide experiential students gained hands-on learning and skills such as; creativity,
learning through interactive sessions, business simulations and field visits, while teachers problem solving, leadership, design thinking and goal setting

As part of the camp, a special session was held on August 21-22. On the first day, Prof.
Dinesh Prasad Saklani, Director, NCERT interacted with the students virtually and said, Students gained knowledge and also developed awareness

The following day, Ms. Prachi Pandey, Joint Secretary (Institutions & Training), Ministry of
Education, Government of India, interacted online with the participants. She said,
“Vocational education and entrepreneurship are not only about economic independence
but are also pathways to shaping society and the nation. When the younger generation
moves forward with determination and clear vision, they secure their own future and also
contribute to the growth of the nation.”
September 12, 2025: Dr. Rajeev Sharma, Associate Professor & In-Charge - Department of SME
Development, EDII, participated in a panel discussion at the Gujarat Export Conclave on ‘Our
Gateway to Global Success’ organized by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Ahmedabad.
