Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar
The Institute celebrated Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Jayanti on April 14th, 2025,
commemorating the birth anniversary of a visionary leader, a social reformer and the
architect of the Indian Constitution. The event was graced by esteemed Chief Guest, Shri
Dinesh Makwana, Hon'ble Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Ahmedabad West.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion of Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Jayanti, Shri
Dinesh Makwana, Hon'ble Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Ahmedabad West, said, "Dr.
Babasaheb Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution, laid the foundation for
equality, justice and inclusivity in our nation. Marginalized, underprivileged, and socially
excluded communities draw inspiration from his life and work. His vision reminds us that
true nation-building can be achieved when every citizen enjoys equal rights, opportunities,
and dignity.”
On the occasion, Dr. Sunil Shukla, Director General, EDII, emphasized Dr. Babasaheb
Ambedkar's ideals of Social Equality, Liberty and Fraternity. He said, “Dr. Ambedkar's
