experience in the field of entrepreneurship clusters/SMEs. His areas of specialization
d e v e l o p m e n t , w i t h e x p e r t i s e i n include; MSMEs, Cluster Development,
entrepreneurship concept, process and Business Development Services (BDS) and
practice, business opportunity guidance, Policy Advocacy. Dr. Sharma has notably
innovations, business plan and enterprise executed the UNIDO project on capacity
creation process. Presently implementing building of Cluster Development Agents in
projects to promote entrepreneurship among Tehran, Iran and has worked as a consultant

international assignments. He has published
more than 30 research papers in reputable
national and international journals. Dr. Singh
has mentored more than 25 startups in NCR &
Delhi. He has served as Guest Editor of the
International Journal of Business and
Globalization and has been Associate Editor of
the Amity Journal of Entrepreneurship and
Leadership. He has been a distinguished
speaker and Chair at various conferences.

Mr. Samit Kumar is a Food and Agribusiness
professional specialising in agricultural
entrepreneurship, sustainability and
innovation. His experience in corporate and
development sectors, spans over 17 years. His
o r g a n i z i n g work has led to notable farmer empowerment,
technology commercialisation, business
incubation, farmer collectives (FPOs/FPCs),
climate change and organic farming. His
research paper presentation on ‘Production
and Marketing of Rice Bran Oil in India’
conference, ‘Vision 2050', organised by
NIFTEM, Sonepat, India. He has been awarded
with the ‘Operational Excellence Award’ at
Mahyco-Monsanto Biotech.
