March 9, 2026: A session on 'Dabbawala: On Time – Every Time' was conducted for EDII's
Postgraduate students. The ‘Dabbawala Enterprises’ is the first corporate company working
towards the economic empowerment and financial well-being of Dabbawalas delivering
tiffin boxes across Mumbai. The session offered insights into the history of the Mumbai March 9, 2026: Director General EDII, faculty members and selected students attended and
Dabbawala system and highlighted management lessons derived from its operations. The deliberated on a Post Budget Webinar on the theme 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling
session was led by the ‘Dabbawala Enterprises’ representatives, including Mr. Kailas Gaikar Aspirations of People'. The session opened with an address by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of
and Mr. Jagannath Dulge. India, Shri Narendra Modi.

‘Wall of Pride’, showcasing achievements of 42 EDII alumni was inaugurated on March 12, 2026.
