 Observing International Day of                  “Equal opportunities and rights in all aspects of life,
                                                 including  education,  employment  and  healthcare,
 Persons with Disabilities                       must be ensured for Persons with Disabilities. India
                                                 has  one  of  the  most  comprehensive  policy
                                                 frameworks  for  the  welfare  of  persons  with
                                                 disabilities. The Government, along with institutions
 EDII has always been an advocate for balanced and inclusive growth. The Institute remains
                                                 like  EDII,  is  consistently  striving  to  support  the
 committed to the empowerment of women, marginalized communities and Persons with
                                                 differently  abled  and  enable  their  advancement  in
 Disabilities (PwDs), by training and skilling them to ensure their assimilation into the
 mainstream.  December  3  every  year  marks  the  International  Day  of  Persons  with   social, economic and cultural spheres. I extend my
                                                 best  wishes  to  Dr.  Shukla  and  his  team  for
 Disabilities. In observance of this significant day, Dr. Pradyuman Ganubhai Vaja, Hon'ble
                                                 empowering PwDs and enriching their lives.”
 Minister,  Social  Justice  and  Empowerment,  Primary,  Secondary  and  Adult  Education,
 Higher and Technical Education, Gujarat, was invited as Chief Guest, for a special lecture. A   - Dr. Pradyuman Ganubhai Vaja
 significant  feature  of  the  event  was  an  exhibition  of  over  20  stalls  by  EDII  trained   Hon'ble Minister, Social Justice and Empowerment, Primary, Secondary
 beneficiaries. This was inaugurated by Hon'ble Minister, Dr. Pradyuman Ganubhai Vaja.  and Adult Education, Higher and Technical Education, Gujarat

 Centre for Empowerment of Differently Abled (CEDA)  society, new mindsets and a new environment are fast
