                         Ms. Hetika Shah, (batch 2021)

                         In 2020, the country faced the crisis of COVID – 19. Hetika saw
                         an opportunity in crisis. She observed that the country was
                         harnessing all its resources in dealing with the pandemic and
                         thought  of  pitching  in  with  help  in  her  own  way.  Hetika
                         explored the idea of manufacturing safety shields. She worked
                         on war footing and commenced production in eight days. She
                         also  subsequently  applied  for  Design  Registration  of
                         NANOFIBR based virus protective 4S SHIELD masks which cover all four sensory organs.
                         Hetika  was  soon  supplying  her  products  to  frontline  workers  treating  COVID-19
                         Patients.She calls her enterprise Sanctuary Innovative Safety Equipment Ltd. Today her
                         enterprise manufactures masks, gloves, safety kits and other shields and other innovatively
                         designed safety and hygiene products. Hetika has been awarded with   We Start (SSIP),
                         Digital Women Award, COVID Hero (RCB Team), Women Entrepreneur Award. Hetika has
                         also led to notable diversification of her family businesses - Yamuna Petropack Industries
                         (as  a  founder  and  director,  Hetika  expanded  this  woven  sacks  family  business)  and
                         Premdhara Agro India LLP (initiated and established rice export offices in African, Middle
                         East, and South Asian countries)
