Project Manager – 01

 

Location: Goa

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Masters in Management/Technology/ Commerce/ Economics / Rural Development from a recognized institution/university with 3 to 10 year of work experience in Micro and Small Enterprises Training/ Mentoring/ Handholding/ Consulting projects
  • Capacity to work with MSMEs and undertake mobilization and training activities of MSMEs.
  • The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, good understanding of MS Word and Excel, data analysis ability and good communication ability.
  • Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in MSME sector.

 

Job Description

  • Coordinate with Project Director, Project Coordinator, Master Trainers, Subject Matter Experts, and Community Mobilizers for implementation of the project.
  • Develop the formats for daily, weekly and monthly reports for submission.
  • Responsible for uploading online information for project management
  • Conducting Baseline survey of existing enterprises at regular intervals from the field and updating accordingly.
  • Provide support to Project Coordinators in field for Programme Organization and training support.
  • Ensuring availability of updated data for monitoring and evaluation.
  • Responsible for documentation, filing and all official correspondence related to the project
  • Participate in all meetings held for review of the progress by EDII H.O.
  • Any other work/activity as assigned by the Office

 

Type of Employment: On a Contractual basis for 11 months. The term may be extended as per the discretion of the competent authority and on the basis of performance and project requirement.

 

Remuneration: Rs.60,000 to Rs.70,000 per month

Project Coordinator – 01

Location: Goa

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Rural Development, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing similar projects, preferably in financial inclusion or community development.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and communities.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
    • Familiarity with the financial inclusion landscape.

 

Job Description:

  1. Execution of Project Plan:
    • Implement project activities as per the outlined plan.
    • Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.
    • Manage daily tasks and ensure adherence to timelines.
  2. Managing Training Programs:
    • Coordinate with trainers to schedule and organize training sessions.
    • Verify the content and quality of training materials.
    • Engage participants and ensure their active participation in training sessions.
  3. Monitoring & Quality Assurance:
    • Monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
    • Maintain accurate data and records related to project activities.
    • Conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to project standards.
  4. Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Engage with community members and stakeholders to foster partnerships.
    • Create and maintain effective relationships with local organizations and leaders.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate project activities.
  5. Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare and submit progress reports to the project management team.
    • Document various aspects of the project, including achievements and challenges.
    • Maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
  6. Impact Assessment Preparation:
    • Conduct baseline comparisons and measure outcomes.
    • Prepare reports on the impact and effectiveness of the project interventions.

Remuneration: Rs.30,000 to Rs.35,000 per month

MSME Expert – 02

 

Location: Goa

Eligibility Criteria:

  • PG/MBA in management/ Rural Management / Economics / Agriculture / Social Work / Behavioural Science / Technology / related discipline, preferably in First Class with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, a high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability, and good communication skills with fluency in English.

 

Job Description

  1. Compliance Guidance and Assistance:
    • Provide expert guidance to MSMEs on meeting regulatory compliances.
    • Assist MSMEs in applying for various compliance certificates online.
    • Educate MSMEs about platforms like TReDS, ONDC, and ODR for efficient operations.
  2. Complaints and Grievance Handling:
    • Facilitate MSMEs in filing complaints and grievances through the ODR portal.
    • Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on submitted grievances.
  3. Promotion of Trade Opportunities:
    • Identify and disseminate information regarding national and international trade exhibitions and fairs relevant to MSMEs.
    • Outline eligibility criteria and provide step-by-step guidance for MSME participation.
  4. Facilitation of Tender Access:
    • Curate and list MSME-specific tenders on a Unified Digital Platform for easy accessibility.
    • Ensure MSMEs are informed and prepared to participate in relevant tender opportunities.
  5. Strengthening Service Linkages:
    • Form strategic linkages with other Common Facility Centers (CFCs) to provide specialized support services as required by MSMEs.
    • Collaborate with District Export Hubs to enhance export activities from Goa.
    • Support the development and implementation of District Export Action Plans.
  6. Capacity Building and Awareness:
    • Conduct awareness programmes and workshops for MSMEs to enhance their understanding of available support services and opportunities.
    • Provide handholding support to stakeholders to foster growth and competitiveness among MSMEs.

Remuneration: Rs.50,000 to Rs.60,000 per month

  • Conduct & participate in meetings with existing SHGs (Artisan community), form community-based institutions of remaining members of the community.
  • Mobilize participants for project trainings and workshops.
  • Training preparations and field program planning in terms of logistical and social arrangements.
  • Conduct surveys, data & document collections as per the requirement of the project.
  • Maintenance of pre & post trainings data & documents with the help of MS Office.
  • Coordinate with project team for smooth work flow.

Type of Employment: On Contractual Basis

Remuneration: Rs 20,000 p.m.
