TATA Power- Project AAROHAN

In line with the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan, EDII is implementing Project Aarohan (meaning ‘Ascent’) under the aegis of Tata Power to empower local communities especially farmers, fisherfolk and artisans from Mundra and Mandvi regions of Kutch district, Gujarat. The mandate of the Project (2023 -2025) is to enable productive employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for beneficiaries, thus creating inclusive and sustainable livelihood models through capacity building and enhancement of skill sets.

The project is currently benefiting over 1,000 individuals—directly and indirectly—across 19 villages in the region.
