A research and consulting professional with over 19 years of experience in Livelihood & Cluster development, Entrepreneurship, Skill Development, Climate Change and Aquaculture Research, and Disaster Management. He has worked with several Governments, Non-Government organisations & international agencies as well as regulatory bodies. He has published 35 manuscripts in indexed journals and books till date.
