- Worked as District Coordinator in Global Fund Round -09 funded Project Axshya under The International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (May 2011- Apr 2015),
- Worked for National Urban Livelihood Mission as Mission Manager under Chhattisgarh State Urban Development Agency (May 2015-April May 2023),
- Currently handling CSR project Unnati with NTPC, EAPs under MSME and NCW, assessment studies under CG Planning Commission, HMI project, and Smart City Mission.

An alumna of IIM Raipur, with over 16 years of experience in the development sector, she has worked on Central & State Govt programmes of Rural & Urban Development Department, Non-Govt Organizations & CSR projects addressing the areas of skill development, self-employment, communications, institution building, capacity building, livelihoods, research & entrepreneurship development. Ms. Roberts has also handled an International funded GFR -09 project on Advocacy & Social Mobilization in the health sector.
