Biography

Dr. Singh brings over fifteen years of experience across academia, research, and industry. Her strong foundation in management is built on notable academic achievements and hands-on executive roles . Before joining EDII, she held senior HR positions in leading multinational organizations, including Evalueserve, GE Capital, and Parker Hannifin Inc. Alongside her corporate career, she contributes actively to research, training, and faculty development. Dr. Singh has presented her work at international conferences and published research in SCOPUS- and ABDC-indexed journals. She has also authored case studies published with CaseCentre.org. and Book chapters in IntechOpen Journals. Her ongoing research examines how effective knowledge sharing can strengthen collaboration and drive innovation in modern organizations.
