With over two years of work experience, Mr. Shahi specializes in social innovation and entrepreneurship. Before joining EDII, he was associated with noted names in the academia, such as TISS and IIM Calcutta. His research focuses on the influence of psychological traits of CEOs and entrepreneurs on organizational performance and outcomes. He primarily employs quantitative content analysis in his investigations, guided by the Upper Echelon Theory. He has several research publications and articles to his credit.
