Dr. Baishali Mitra is an educator in the field of Strategic Communication and Corporate Communication. With over 20 years of experience in academia, she holds expertise in grooming budding entrepreneurs, students, and senior executives. Holding double M.A. in Linguistics and English Literature and a Ph.D. in English, she completed an executive program in ‘Communication Strategies’ from IIM-Calcutta. She is a qualified Business-English Trainer (British Council), and certified in Corporate Communication (NMIMS). Her research interest lies on women’s entrepreneurship. She conducted diverse government-funded research projects. Her research on mobile-learning (UGC Grant) aided students with flexible learning.
