Micro Enterprise Development (MED) Programme – Tripura

Micro Enterprise Development (MED) Programme, a component of the Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP), focuses on capacity building and enhancing the skills of Community Resource Persons-Enterprise Promotion (CRP-EPs) and Self Help Group (SHG) members. EDII, in collaboration with the Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM), continued the implementation of the MEDP across the blocks of Jubarajnagar, Rupaichari and Nalchar. In the last two months, seven Training of Entrepreneurs’ programmes were conducted, benefiting 230 participants. These interventions contributed significantly to strengthening entrepreneurial competencies and enterprise-readiness among rural entrepreneurs.
