And, this is what the country is mindfully concentrating on, to ensure its ascendancy in various areas; such as poverty alleviation, employment generation, improved literacy or even enhanced start up rate.  When synergized with entrepreneurship training, the skill building efforts can rightfully promote job creators instead of job seekers, on a large scale.
