Position: HR Executive / Officer

Location: Ahmedabad

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA / PG Diploma in HRM.
  • Must have at least 1 to 5 years of experience in generalist HR profile.
  • Very good exposure in hiring through Job Portals.
  • Experience in working with ERP and proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ethics and reliability

Job Description: 

  • Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing complete hiring process.
  • Posting Jobs in Job Portals and searching suitable candidates.
  • Onboarding new employees and assisting in other HR functions including compliances.  
  • Assist in performance management systems.
  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Complete HR operations including compliance.
  • Initiating and coordinating employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Preparing HR reports and analytics for management, including employee turnover, recruitment metrics, and other HR-related data.

Type of Employment: On a Contractual basis

Remuneration: Commensurate with qualification and experience.
