Position: Accounts & MIS Officer
Job Location: Tikiri, Kashipur Block, Rayagada District
Age: 25-45 years
CTC: Rs. 3.36 Lakh (Annually)
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate/ Master / MBA (Commerce/Finance graduate is preferable for this position)
- At least 4 years of experience in Admin, Accounting, MIS and Data management
- Priority shall be given to candidates working with State Government projects/ CSR Projects / Skill development/Livelihood / Private sector projects
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Power Point and MS Excel.
- Good communication skills in Odia (must), Hindi and English
Job description:
- Accountable for office management, assisting in programme management, administration, finance, budgeting, and reporting.
- Coordination for enterprise wise data collection and reporting from the field on daily basis.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases as per set timelines.
- Maintain data and share reports with the Regional Office, incubation centre on regularly.
- Maintains cooperative working relationships with all team members.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the clients and internal records
- Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
- Any other task as assigned by the Project Director, Regional and Head office
Type of Employment: On a Contractual basis.
