Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Puducherry
Job Summary:
EDII is seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual communication materials for entrepreneurship, skill development, innovation, government, and social sector projects. The candidate should possess strong conceptualization skills and experience in designing digital and print creatives, social media campaigns, branding materials, publications, and event collaterals. The profile is aligned with extensive experience in graphic design, social media management, branding, and public awareness campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Develop brochures, annual reports, newsletters, banners, standees, posters, infographics, and training materials.
- Create branding and communication materials for entrepreneurship, MSME, startup, livelihood, and government projects.
- Design event collaterals for workshops, conferences, exhibitions, and outreach programmes.
- Produce visual content for awareness campaigns and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with programme teams to understand communication requirements and translate them into impactful designs.
- Ensure consistency in institutional branding guidelines across all communication platforms.
- Support video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content development when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, branding, digital marketing, or creative communications.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other equivalent design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media content design and digital communication.
- Experience in handling government, corporate, development sector, or digital marketing assignments.
- Excellent visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Language
- Must be proficient in English and Tamil.
Type of Employment: On a contractual basis
Remuneration: Rs.50,000/- CTC per month
