By strengthening critical infrastructure and promoting sustainable industrial practices, the SIDBI Cluster Development Fund (SCDF) Scheme is enabling MSME growth. Under the aegis of the SCDF Scheme, EDII was appointed as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) at the PAN India level to oversee its implementation over a 39-month period, from February 2022 to April 2025. The project aimed to enhance infrastructure and promote sustainability in MSME clusters across the country by creating or upgrading facilities in new and existing industrial areas. This included both hard infrastructure and social infrastructure components.

• Project diversity ranges from medical device parks and plug-and-play units to power and water treatment facilities.
• 203 industrial and social infrastructure projects proposals appraised across 21 states/UTs, with a value of over Rs. 10,439 crore
