Ramesh Chandra Jena, a partner at MART and the co-founder of MART Academy, has over 25 years of experience in project management, consulting, and strategy formulation for bi-lateral and multilateral projects. He specializes in promoting livelihoods, agri-business, marketing and sustainability with a focus on uplifting communities at the Bottom of the Pyramid. He has facilitated numerous training programmes for social sector professionals, government officers, and corporate executives. He has conducted more than 300 batches to enhance skills and build capacity across sectors.

As a recognized trainer, Ramesh has shared his insights as a guest speaker at leading business schools and various forums, sharing his vast experience in social and corporate development. His consulting support spans a wide range of initiatives, including those supported by renowned organizations such as the World Bank, International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Asian Development Bank (ADB), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and Department for International Development (DFID). 

Ramesh’s international experience extends to Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the UK, while his work within India has reached over 20 states.
