The Karnataka State Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (KSRLPS) has launched the ‘Stree Samarthya Yojana’ to bolster the livelihood prospects of rural women artisans engaged in terracotta and home décor industry. EDII collaborated with the Government of Karnataka in this visionary project which covered 13 districts of Karnataka and aimed to uplift 2016 women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) during the one-year period of April 2023 to March 2024.
