Towards building an entrepreneurial ecosystem by equipping the faculty group with knowledge on entrepreneurship as a subject and the ways to promote it among the student community, EDII conducted Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), with the objective of imparting knowledge on the aspects of designing, developing and teaching entrepreneurship course to create high-achieving entrepreneurial individuals in society.
With the aim to empower Biotechnology faculty in nurturing entrepreneurship within their respective institutions, EDII collaborated with the Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission (GSBTM), Govt. of Gujarat, to develop a highly effective two-week residential Faculty Development Programme. Participants gained an understanding about the significance of entrepreneurship, and explored a wide range of training methodologies.
To create a cadre of trained facilitators to motivate and guide women on the path of entrepreneurship and foster a culture of empowerment, the Institute partnered with AICTE, to organize a Faculty Development Programme. Over the course of two weeks, a blended learning approach was adopted, encompassing online sessions in the first week to highlight theoretical concepts, followed by offline sessions in the second week for experiential learning.

This initiative aimed at sharpening the competencies of GSDM professionals, providing them with the necessary tools to bolster innovation and make impactful decisions within their roles.

EDII has been at the forefront of instituting cadres of proficient trainer-motivators. EDII conducted various 'Trainers' Training Programme on Entrepreneurship' wherein trainers participated to gain insights into entrepreneurship, so that they could gain competences in designing and implementing entrepreneurship related programmes.
To equip ITI teachers with essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes for organizing entrepreneurship development activities, EDII conducted Teacher Development Programme in Entrepreneurship.
By enhancing their pedagogical skills and providing them with practical tools and methodologies, the programme aimed to create a ripple effect, where trained teachers would inspire and cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets within their respective institutions.
The Institute conducted ‘School Teachers' Development Programmes in Entrepreneurship Mentoring’ in collaboration with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). These five-day programmes were instrumental in providing educators with necessary tools and knowledge to mentor students in entrepreneurship. The programme focused on empowering school teachers, administrators, principals, and academic leaders involved or interested in teaching entrepreneurship to students.
EDII organised a 5-Day Entrepreneurship Educator Orientation. The programme aimed to lay a solid foundation for entrepreneurial mindset and skill development among the universities' educators. The programme witnessed the participation of esteemed professors.
