March 2–8, 2026: Prof. Philippe Regnier, PhD, former R&D Dean, University of Applied Sciences, Geneva, Switzerland, visited EDII. During his visit, he interacted with faculty members, research scholars and students on collaborative research opportunities and emerging areas in entrepreneurship & sustainable development. The visit provided a valuable platform for academic engagement and knowledge exchange.
March 9, 2026: EDII Alumna Ms. Nikita Maheshwari, Co-founder, Tatkalorry and Techno Build Cover Pvt. Ltd., delivered an inspiring session as part of the International Women’s Day celebration. She motivated EDII’s postgraduate students to embrace entrepreneurship and step into leadership roles across industries.
February 2, 2026: An Alumni Development Programme was conducted for EDII alumni on the theme ‘Driving SME & MSME Growth: Building Competitive Advantage’. The programme featured expert sessions by Prof. Bart Norre, Owner and CEO, TM Tandem Marketing & Associate Professor, School of Management, Fribourg, Switzerland; Prof. Alan D’Souza, Former Executive Director, Mudra Communications Ltd., India Founder Member, Mudra Institute of Communication Ahmedabad (MICA), India; Prof. Nagarajan Ramamoorthy, Founding Director, Indian Institute of Management Amritsar and Mr. Vishal Rewari Founding Partner, Optiblack Investor, Fathom-AI Meeting Assistant. The programme witnessed active participation from 22 alumni, along with students from the PGDM first and second year.
March 9, 2026: A session on ‘Dabbawala: On Time – Every Time’ was conducted for EDII’s Postgraduate students. The ‘Dabbawala Enterprises’ is the first corporate company working towards the economic empowerment and financial well-being of Dabbawalas delivering tiffin boxes across Mumbai. The session offered insights into the history of the Mumbai Dabbawala system and highlighted management lessons derived from its operations. The session was led by the ‘Dabbawala Enterprises’ representatives, including Mr. Kailas Gaikar and Mr. Jagannath Dulge.
March 9, 2026: Director General EDII, faculty members and selected students attended and deliberated on a Post Budget Webinar on the theme ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling Aspirations of People’. The session opened with an address by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi.
