Job Description:
- Petty cash distribution and maintaining the records of Petty cash in excel.
- Cash all receipts, bank receipts, RTGS receipts, NEFT, RTGS, and others.
- To maintain Credit Vouchers.
- Handling and monitoring Capital items.
- Coordinating Quotations to the vendors as per the requirements.
- Checking and submission of TA/ TE bills.
- Feeding of credit/petty cash vouchers, etc.
- Attaching all receipts with the concerned payment vouchers.
- Arrangement of files for audit purposes.
- Filing all the credit vouchers from cash book & other banks.
- Send receipt by courier/post to all the concerns.
- To maintain Vehicle, Inward and Outward, and Telephone Register.
- To maintain the record room properly.
