Biography

Dr. Furkan Khan possesses years of experience in Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour and Social Entrepreneurship Management. His research examines how leadership, employee motivation, context driven innovation and emerging technologies shape individual and organisational performance. His research has been published in peer-reviewed international journals such as Journal of Educational Administration and Educational Management Administration & Leadership, and he has presented his work at leading global conferences, including the Academy of Management (AOM), American Educational Research Association (AERA), and Comparative and International Education Society (CIES). He received the Best Research Paper Award in the Innovation Track at the SEED Conference (2024) and was awarded the Mirae Asset Foundation Fellowship during his doctoral studies.
