Position: Project Officer – 1 position
Location: Ratnagiri (Maharashtra)
Qualification and Experience:
- Applicant must have Master degree in Social Welfare (MSW) /Rural Development /Management/ Economics. (Entrepreneurship experience shall be preferred)
- Planning and implementing Women Entrepreneurship Development /Livelihood/Income Generation activities/Microenterprise Development. Working in the filed for women empowerment.
- Monitoring, evaluation and documentation of project activity
- Good communication skill and computer proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of experience in development sector, preferably in entrepreneurship/livelihood/income generation
Job Description:
- Have overall responsibility of project office
- Planning and implementation project activities on Women entrepreneurship development
- Mobilization of target group, conduction of entrepreneurship training
- Hand Holding support to the beneficiaries
- liasoning with Govt. offices, Industries associations, Community and all the stakeholders
- Documentation and record keeping on MIS
- Provide varied administrative assistance
- Highly organized and efficient with ability to deliver tasks quickly and of high quality
- Strong initiative: self-starter with good follow through
- Incumbent must be willing to travel within and outside state.
- Ability to multitask
- Assist with tasks assigned by Reporting Officer
Type of Employment: On Contractual basis.
Salary: 42,000/-
