Biography

Dr. Deepak Kr. Yogi is an International Ford scholar and a seasoned development professional. He brings 15 years of experience in Government, academics and NGO sector. His expertise spans community mobilization, institution building, capacity development, livelihood promotion (farm and non-farm), microfinance, and financial inclusion. In addition to his extensive experience at the grassroots level, Dr. Yogi has led and monitored projects funded by national agencies like the Department of Rural Development, Ministry of Youth Affairs, NABARD, Ministry of Labor, and the Department of Science and Technology. He has also worked as a State Program Manager and Lead, State Program Management Unit (PMU) in Department of Agriculture, Government of Jharkhand. His skills include implementing development projects, managing stakeholders, and organizing training and workshops. His professional journey has spanned multiple states, including Rajasthan, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, and Jharkhand, as well as international exposure in countries like the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Bangladesh, China, and Russia.
