Umesh was a participant in the May 2014 summer camp. He founded Co-Creative Solutions, a consulting, training and facilitation company, in Sept 2017. Co-Creative Solutions is currently working towards co-creating a world where organizations and people with good intentions are collaborating, working together in a way that they are feeling connected, in flow, and able to meet their shared objectives more effectively and efficiently. Umesh credits his enterprising spirit and inventiveness to EDII learning and skill building.

His company is associated with international consulting and training firm, Governance Alive LLC, USA. Umesh has also collaborated with EDII, and invited his international partner, John Buck, to share his expertise on Sociocracy (a.k.a. Dynamic Governance), developing intrapreneurship, and how people work together effectively, govern themselves inclusively and transparently.

Given his training, Umesh says he is very clear about his goals in life. Following a well-charted vision, he ensures that Co-Creative Solutions is focused on working with medium-sized organizations and communities.
